Welcome to Jazzercise!Barb is the owner of the Mountain View Jazzercise classes. She has been a certified Jazzercise Instructor since 1980. Barb and her class will be celebrating her 30th year teaching Jazzercise on Sat., Nov. 6 at her Sat. 8:45am class at Whisman Sports Center in Mountain View and we hope you'll join us! In addition to raising 3 children and being married to a wonderful husband, teaching Jazzercise is also her passion. She loves to dance and has experience also in belly dancing and jazz dance.
Rachel was certifed in May 2003. Early in her Jazzercise business Rachel also discovered a love of teaching. She has found her true vocation, and considers it a priviledge to bring Jazzercise into people's lives. Rachel is also passionate about nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, her husband John and their two daughters.
For those of you new to Jazzercise, our classes are pure fun! Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. We’ve taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing, and resistance training and bundled them into one hour. All ages, levels, and sizes welcome so come join us today!
How many calories will I burn? You'll burn up to 500 calories in a 60-minute Jazzercise class!

What results can you expect? Every Jazzercise class combines cardio moves to enhance endurance and burn mega calories, strength training to define muscles and strengthen your core, and stretching to increase flexibility. Through the use of hand-held weights, resistance tubes and balls, you will get a total body workout while blasting fat and having fun!
