How much do classes cost?

How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.
Do I need weights?
Weights are optional for those new to exercise. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (3-5 lb) weights. Weights are not provided.
Do I need special clothes or equipment?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear bike shorts or jazz pants and a bra top or T-shirt. Bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work. Good, rubber-soled aerobic shoes are recommended.
May I bring drinks and food to classes?
We recommend students bring water to class in a non-breakable bottle with a lid. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other students. No food or gum, please.
